The film stars Emilia Clarke, Sam Claflin, Jenna Coleman, Charles Dance, Janet McTeer, and Matthew Lewis.

The story follows Louisa “Lou” Clark (Emilia Clarke), a quirky and creative young woman living in a small English countryside town. Without a clear direction in life, Lou drifts from one job to another to help support her family. However, her life takes an unexpected turn when she accepts a new job at the local castle, where she is tasked with caring for and keeping company with Will Traynor (Sam Claflin), a wealthy young banker who became quadriplegic after a tragic accident.

The relationship between Lou and Will transforms into an emotional journey that challenges their perspectives on love, life, and second chances.
