The story begins several years after the events of Season 5. Michael is trying to lead a normal life as a cybersecurity consultant, seeking to leave his criminal past behind. But when Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) and her son Mike Jr. become the targets of a secret organization linked to the remnants of The Company, he is forced back into the world of leaks and conspiracies.
Wrongly accused of a major cybercrime, Michael finds himself imprisoned under a false identity. He soon discovers that the arrest is part of a much larger conspiracy involving Scylla 2.0, a new technology capable of global surveillance and control. Meanwhile, Lincoln, Sucre (Amaury Nolasco), and C-Note (Rockmond Dunbar) lead the investigation to prove Michael’s innocence and unmask the real culprits. Meanwhile, T-Bag (Robert Knepper) makes his grand return with crucial information, but it comes at a high price. Amid fragile alliances and unpredictable betrayals, Michael must orchestrate his most daring escape yet, not only to save his own skin, but to uncover the truth and dismantle The Company for good.
